An ISA Certified Arborist Report is used in situations when a certified arborist’s detailed opinion is required concerning one or many trees.
Our ISA Certified Arborists can provide you with a detailed verbal or written report concerning the health, structure and environment of one or many trees.

Pricing
An in-person verbal consultation, recorded upon request, begins at $300.00 (plus tax).
A written report, delivered electronically within 48 hours, begins at $500.00 (plus tax). Prices are subject to change to accommodate the size of the report.
ISA Certified tree risk assessment (TRAQ)
Port Orchard Tree Care has an ISA Certified Arborist with Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ).
A Tree Risk Assessment Report is the highest legal authority an ISA Certified Arborist maintains. The report is based solely on factual information and observations.
Example: A neighbor’s tree is failing towards your house and they refuse to take action or cannot be reached. The report, delivered via certified mail, relieves you of any liability.
There are three levels of tree risk assessment ranging from a visual assessment from a distance to resistance drilling and tissue testing.
Level 1:Limited Visual Tree Risk Assessment
Tree(s) is inspected from the ground with limited visibility.
Level 2: Basic Tree Risk Assessment
Tree(s) is visually inspected up-close, looking at the tree’s roots, trunk and crown to detect structural defects.
Level 3: Advanced Tree Risk Assessment
Tree(s) are physically inspected including but not limited to tissue testing, visual assessment via drone, and resistance drilling.
Pricing
Level 1 and Level 2 verbal consultation, recorded upon request is $300.00 (plus tax).
Level 2 written report (includes verbal consultation, electronically delivered within 72 hours is $700.00 (plus tax).
Level 3 Assessment price is upon request.
